The government is introducing loans for all students aged 24 and above studying diploma or certificate level accredited courses within the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) at Level 3 and above.

The government is introducing loans for all students aged 24 and above studying diploma or certificate level accredited courses within the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) at Level 3 and above. The loans will apply if you are starting a higher level course on or after 1 August 2013.
