Hello tutors!

I'm working on an idea to use forums like this one to add to the repertoire of choices for learning together.
Sometimes, it just helps to loosen the ideas and dampen the inhibitions if tutors - and learners - aren't having to express themselves 'at the time' of a learning session.
Let's face it, how many times have you come away from a session and thought, 'oh, I could have said....pointed out....added that...'

Well in it's simplest form, a forum let's you and your learners carry on that conversation 'after the event'.

At present me and Andy Holland have been talking about this, and now I'm writing this, which is really weird  because at present I'm communicating with.....nobody.....

I'm going to try and develop this over future weeks - and if at any time you want to stop by and add your two- pennorth, you are very welcome.

Good morning WEA-world!
Here's a picture to think about

What can you see....who can you see?

Ask a friend - get them to to join in!

So....none of you noticed the Man City squad wandering past my house......as surreal as it sounds, and I took a rain check on my substance use too. But yep, it's them and Mancini too. We reckoned they cost more than the street.
Notice the heads low down, don't look at me pose - that guarantees you'll look at them....
It was a couple of hours before they owned Bolton last season.

Now I'm juggling with a theory that nobody visits these forums becaause they give up on finding threads. Good forums just don't look like this any more. So if you have a different view.....helloooooo out there........can you chip in and give your views? Cheesy
